LA CUVÉE DES FILLES CHAMPAGNE
“La Cuvee des Filles” Champagne is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapes. Pinot Blanc grapes are rare in the champagne region and represent less than 1% of the grapes grown in the area.
This blend was crafted by Christian Senez’s daughter and granddaughters. They have created a champagne youthful in spirit with sparkling notes of limes and mandarins.

WINEMAKING
The grapes were picked in 2015 (Vintage not claimed). They were fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks with no malolactic fermentation.
