MUDGEE SHIRAZ 2019 PIERRE'S WINES
An intense shiraz typical of the Mudgee area. Made in a traditional manner: open fermentation, hand plunged and oak matured. A dark and brooding wine with rich, smooth tannins. Aromas of black fruits are enhanced by a suggestion of regional mint/eucalypt characters. Drinks well now and will become more complex through cellaring for the next 15 years.
